LiquidSix Hosting is dedicated to providing the highest quality support and service to our customers. We have a number of methods of contact, in particular our helpdesk at support.liquidsix.com. All tickets submitted via our helpdesk are acknowledged on screen and via email within a few moments, including a reference number that can be used to track the progress of the query. We aim to reply personally within 6 hours to all normal priority tickets submitted between 9am and midnight, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. For emergency support (a service being down), we are available 24 hours a day. Often we will reply quicker than this. You should never have to wait more than 24 hours for a reply - if you have not received a response from us within this time, please check all spam filters that you may use to make sure that the reply has not been incorrectly marked as spam. You can also use your ticket tracking number to view the ticket online to view any replies. If you do not have a ticket tracking number, we may not have received your ticket - please use the web based helpdesk to submit it again.
Please note that in order to provide the best, most efficient service to our customers queries submitted using our ticket system are given priority over all other methods, including email and telephone. If you have an urgent query, this is the best way to contact us and it will allow you to specify a higher priority when appropriate.
